We are there for you all year round! Whether in the open market or at auction, you can shop at Döbritz all year round. The private sale offers you a constantly changing selection of paintings, drawings, prints, icons, sculptures, bronzes, clocks, carpets, furniture, glass, porcelain, silver and jewellery. Auctions are held at Döbritz in Braubachstrasse three times a year, usually in March, June and October.

You are also welcome to visit our Online Direct Sale and our exhibition at Braubachstraße 10-12, 60311 Frankfurt am Main.

BROCHURE DISPATCH

In our highlights catalogue you will find a selection of around 200 illustrated objects with corresponding estimated prices. The catalogue will be available from us approx. 2 weeks before the auction. We will be happy to send it directly to your home free of charge.

All items can be viewed for three days in the week before the auction. Our specialists will be present to advise you.

PARTICIPATION IN AN AUCTION

Every auction is a public event. If you would like to experience the excitement of an auction in person, please register at the entrance on presentation of your identity card and receive a bidder number. We ask new customers to introduce themselves in person to the management. If you are unable to attend an auction in person, we will be happy to receive a written bid from you. From an estimated value of €500, it is also possible to bid by telephone. Please note: bids sent by post, email or fax must reach us at least 24 hours before the auction, otherwise we cannot guarantee that they will be honoured.

TAXE & LIMIT

The items listed in the catalogue are given in their estimated value or as a valuation. In addition to the estimate, there is also the limit, the amount agreed between the consignor and the auctioneer, below which no fixed hammer price can be accepted but only a conditional hammer price. Bidding takes place in approx. 10% increments, whereby the auctioneer reserves the right to deviate.

AUFGELD

A premium of 26% incl. VAT will be charged on the hammer price.VAT is not deductible for buyers from abroad as it only applies to the commission fees.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made during the auction in cash, by EC card or by bank-confirmed cheque, but must be made no later than 2 weeks after invoicing. Due to the new legal regulations of the Money Laundering Act, since 01.01.2020, a valid identity card or, in the case of traders, an extract from the commercial register is required for cash and non-cash payments of 10,000 euros or more. For jewellery and precious metals, the limit is 2,000 euros. In the event of late payment, the usual market interest will be charged.

COLLECTION

Individual items can be taken away during the auction. Items must be collected within 14 days of the auction. Items not collected will be stored at the buyer's expense.

SHIPPING

The shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

AFTER-SALE

You can purchase unsold items from the auction in our post-auction sale for a fortnight at the limit price. We will be happy to provide you with information about the lots that did not sell. >> info@doebritz.de
